   A - Radar Bracket

   B - Frame

   C - M12 x 35 mm Cap Screw (2 used)

   Mount radar bracket (A) to frame (B) with M12 x 35 mm cap screws (C). Use supplied M12 nuts if tractor frame holes are not threaded.

2. Tighten mounting hardware.

3. IMPORTANT: Radar must be mounted with serial number tag facing up.

   A - Lock Nut (4 used)

   Attach radar unit to bracket with four 1/4 x 4 in cap screws, four washers, and four lock nuts (A). Washers must be installed between bracket and lock nuts.

4. Route harness past the hinge, for the cab tilt feature, on to the rear of cab. Connect the harness to radar power harness. Secure harness with tie bands.

5. CAUTION: Prevent possible eye damage from microwave signal emitted from radar sensor. Do not look directly into the sensor face of radar.

   Nominal calibration value for this radar installation is 7776. The radar points 7 degrees to the side to miss the rear tire. This calibration value is less than other radars using 7836.
