8000 Series Tractors—Radar and Bracket Installation

1. Remove two plastic plugs on right-hand side of tractor ahead of fuel tank.

2. 
   A36903-UN-26APR95

   A - M20 x 35 mm Cap Screw (2 used)

   Install radar bracket with M20 x 35 mm cap screws (A).

3. IMPORTANT: Radar serial number plate must be up when radar is installed.

   
   A36904-UN-26APR95

   Install radar on bracket with four 1/4 x 4 in. cap screws and lock nuts.

4. Remove right side engine cover.

   A - Cap Screw and Washer (6 used)

   Remove cap screws and washers (A) from exhaust shield. Save hardware for reuse.

   A - Shield

   Remove exhaust shield (A).

7. 
   A36907-UN-26APR95

   A - 3-Pin Connector

   Locate 3-pin connector (A) behind exhaust shield.

8. 
   A36908-UN-26APR95

   A - Adapter Harness

   Connect radar harness to adapter harness and adapter harness (A) to 3-pin connector.

9.

   Coil excess harness and tie away from exhaust using tie bands as required.

10.

    A - Cap Screws and Washers

    Install exhaust heat shield with previously removed cap screws and washers (A).

11. Install right side engine cover.
