Unfold 8-Row Narrow-Wide, 12-Row Narrow Planter

IMPORTANT: Machines equipped with liquid fertilizer, DO NOT lower machine with wings folded. Unfold machine before lowering machine to ground. Failure to do so could result in damage to inside planting units on wing section.

1. Disengage wing latches.

2. Unfold wings and install wing-lock pins (A).

3. Pull selector valve (D), if equipped, to disengage wing fold.

4. Lower machine to ground.

5. Move planter valve (B), if equipped, to "Plant" position (this unlocks the wing wheels).

6. (Flex Model Only) Remove turnbuckle (A).

NOTE: If valve handle is difficult to operate, place tractor SCV in "Float" position.

7. Open marker valve (C), if equipped.
