Raise and Lower Independent Markers

NOTE: A diverter valve is available, as an option, to operate independent markers and hydraulic wing-fold on one SCV.

A separate SCV (A) is required for independent marker control.

An SCV independent of other functions controls markers. Each time SCV lever (A) is moved in a different direction, marker operation switches from one side to the other.

The marker alternating valve (A) automatically changes oil flow to the opposite marker each time SCV lever is moved in a different direction.

  • To lower both markers, when starting in the middle of a field, lower one marker completely. Quickly cycle lever one direction then the other without raising the lowered marker. Lower second marker.
  • To clear an obstacle, partially raise marker. Quickly cycle lever one direction then the other twice to transfer marker control to the other side and then back again. Lower partially raised marker.

Marker valve (B) has two positions. One position allows full control. One position does not allow marker to lower. Marker is always able to raise in both valve positions.
