John Blue Pump System
1.
Lower machine to plant position before checking oil level.
2.
Remove vent plug (A) and check plug (B).
3.
Fill crankcase with TY6296 SAE 80W90 GL-5 gear lube or equivalent through vent port until lube is level with check port.
4.
Install plugs.
5.
Repeat on second pump.

Demco Pump System
1.
Lower machine into plant position before checking oil level.
2.
Remove fill plugs (A) and check plugs (B) from both pump crankcases.
3.
Fill each crankcase with SAE 30 TY22070 Torq-Gard Supreme
™
engine oil or equivalent at fill ports until oil is level with check ports.
4.
Install plugs.

Row cleaner has sealed bearings from factory and lubrication is not required. Apply a few pumps of grease to lube fitting every 200 hours until a slight resistance is felt. If a non-sealed bearing is installed, use 50 hour lubrication interval.
