Replace Fertilizer Tubes

   A - Opener Blade Assembly

   Support machine safely. (See procedure at the beginning of this section.)

2. CAUTION: Disk blades are sharp. Wear protective gloves and handle disks carefully.

   Remove one opener blade assembly (A).

   A - Cap Screw

   B - Tube

   C - Hole in Shank

   Remove fertilizer supply hose from tube (B).

4. Remove cap screw (A).

5. Pull tube (B) down out of hole in shank (C).

6. Install replacement tube in reverse order and tighten cap screw (A) to specification.

   Fertilizer Tube Retaining Cap Screw	Torque	35 N·m (26 lb.-ft.)

7. CAUTION: Disk blades are sharp. Wear protective gloves and handle disks carefully.

   Install disk blade and tighten blade retaining nut to specification.

8. Remove support components.
