This system is NOT recommended for use with suspension fertilizers.
NOTE: The unit mounted single disk opener comes equipped with number 2.5 nozzles installed. Number 5 nozzles are also provided. Other sizes must be purchased through service parts. See your John Deere dealer.
Refer to rate chart and select approximate application rate desired for row width being planted.
Pump range is given at top of Liquid Fertilizer Application Rate chart.
Set range of pump drive.
Next to approximate application rate selected, note pump setting, and travel speed.
Adjust pump to pump setting number.
If using the high-pressure system, install recommended orifice or nozzle (shown next to the rate on the rate chart). See following table to match nozzle number on rate chart to number stamped on nozzle. For additional nozzles, see your John Deere dealer.
NOTE: Nozzle number can be found on side of nozzle.
