Repair Fertilizer Flow Divider

1. 
   A49303-UN-23MAY02

   A - Vented Plug

   B - Hex Socket Head Cap Screw (4 used)

   C - Lock Washer (4 used)

   D - Cap

   E - Spring

   F - Needle Seal

   G - Stopper

   H - Needle

   I - O-ring (2 used)

   J - Sleeve

   K - O-ring

   L - Body

   Remove hex socket head cap screws (B), washers (C), and cap (D).

2. Remove spring (E) and needle seal (F).

3. Remove stopper (G), needle (H), and sleeve (J).

4. Remove O-rings (I) and O-ring (K).

5. Inspect and replace parts as necessary.

6. Install new O-ring (K) and O-rings (I).

7. Align notch in sleeve (J) with punch mark or pin in body (L) and install sleeve into body.

8. Install needle (H).

9. Install stopper (G).

10. Install needle seal (F) and spring (E) to bottom of cap (D).

11. Install cap (D) to body (L), using hex socket cap screws (B) and washers (C).
