Install 12 and 16 Row Service Locks

CAUTION: Lower machine to ground before working on any hydraulic components or welding.

IMPORTANT: Service locks are not used as transport locks.

   Wing Frame Service Lock - Storage Position

   A - Service Locks

   Remove service locks (A) from storage position. Wing wheel locks are stored on the outer wings behind the markers. Main frame locks are stored on the CCS ladder frame rails.

2. IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage. Flat plate on service lock must be on top side against cylinder.

   A - Service Locks

   Raise machine and install service locks (A) onto both outer main frame wheel cylinders and two wing wheel cylinders. Install pin and hair pin to hold in place.

   Drawbar Service Lock Storage Location

   A - Service Lock

   When servicing machines with drawbar hitch, either lower drawbar completely or raise drawbar completely and install service lock (A).
