Double-Speed Drive Attachment Assembly

NOTE: 6.1 m (20 ft) drive is illustrated.

   A - Access Door

   B - Lock Collar

   C - Bolts

   D - Set Screw

   E - Collar

   Remove access door (A).

2. Starting with right-hand side, remove lock collar (B) from end of shaft.

3. Remove two bolts (C) from 20-tooth sprocket and remove sprocket.

4. Remove set screw (D) and remove collar (E).

   NOTE: 6.1 m (20 ft) Machines: Repeat steps 1-4 on left-hand side of machine.

   B - Chain

   C - Shaft

   D - Shaft

   E - Sprocket

   F - Sprocket

   Loosen collar bolts (A).

   NOTE: 4.6 m (15 ft) Machine: Repeat on right-hand side.

6. Remove chain (B).

7. Slide shaft (C) toward center of machine.

8. Slide shaft (D) toward center of machine.

9. Remove sprockets from shafts.

10. Switch sprockets so that sprocket (E) is on the rear shaft (D) and sprocket (F) is on the front shaft (C).

11. Push shaft (C) and shaft (D) back through bearings.

    E - Bolts

    Install collar (A) and secure set screw (B).

13. Install flat washers and lock collar (C).

14. Install 20-tooth sprocket (D) and secure with two bolts (E).

    C - 17-Tooth Sprocket

    D - 34-Tooth Sprocket

    (Not Illustrated) Separate chain at two master links and remove short length of chain.

16. Align 17-tooth sprocket (C) with 34-tooth sprocket (D) and install chain (B).

17. Tighten chain tightener (A).

18. 6.1 m (20 ft) Machine: Repeat procedure on other end of machine.
