Operating CCS System—Heavily Treated Seed or Large Seed Corn

IMPORTANT: Talc or graphite must be mixed thoroughly during filling of tanks.

IMPORTANT: Remove any buildup of seed treatment or talc with stiff bristled broom, 203 mm (8 in.) wide with 1372 mm (4.5 ft.) handle .

VACUUM METERS: When operating CCS system with heavily treated seed or large seed corn, DOUBLE the rate of talc. See SEED TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS in Operating Vacuum Meter section.
