Vacuum Level for Sweet Corn

IMPORTANT: Vacuum levels are a starting point. Perform a field check and adjust level to obtain proper population.

IMPORTANT: The proper vacuum level must be calculated for each seed variety. Calculate seeds per pound by dividing the number of seeds in bag by the weight of bag.

EXAMPLE: If there are 4250 seeds/lb, the chart indicates a vacuum level of 11 in. with Small Sweet Corn Disk.
