Fill or Change Hydraulic Air Compressor Oil

Service Machine Safely

CAUTION: Deactivate SCV operating hydraulic compressor and turn tractor off before servicing.

NOTE: Refer to tractor operator’s manual for SCV operation to deactivate.

To help prevent personal injury caused by unexpected movement, be sure to service machine on level surface.

If machine is connected to tractor, engage parking brake and/or place transmission in “PARK”, shut off engine and remove key.

If machine is detached from tractor, block wheels and use safety stands to prevent movement.

Fill Hydraulic Air Compressor Oil

1. 
   A72546-UN-14SEP11

   A - Cap

   B - Reservoir

   C - Sight Glass

   Remove cap (A).

2. NOTE: Use a funnel to aid in adding compressor oil to reservoir.

   Add 30W non-detergent air compressor oil to reservoir (B) until oil is in the middle of the sight glass (C).

3. Reinstall cap (A).

Change Hydraulic Air Compressor Oil

   A - Cap

   B - Reservoir

   C - Drain Hole

   D - Drain Plug

   E - Sight Glass

   Remove cap (A) to help vent reservoir (B) while draining.

2. Place container under drain hole (C).

3. Remove and retain drain plug (D)

4. Install previously removed drain plug (D)

5. NOTE: Use a funnel to aid in adding compressor oil to reservoir.

   Add 30W non-detergent air compressor oil to reservoir (B) until oil is in the middle of the sight glass (E).

6. Reinstall cap (A).
