A - Front Fan Flow Control Knob

B - Rear Fan Flow Control Knob

    CCS fan Control:

    • Front fan flow control knob (A) controls CCS pressure for inner 29 rows. (Right-hand 50 bushel CCS Tank and Refuge Tank)
    • Rear fan flow control knob (B) controls CCS pressure for outer 19 rows. (Left-hand 50 bushel CCS tank)

  2. IMPORTANT: Warm oil by running vacuum blowers (if equipped) or install a hose loop in SCV per tractor operator's manual. DO NOT use CCS fan to warm oil or seed delivery hoses can plug.

Warm up tractor oil for 15 minutes.

  3. Lower machine, leave SCV in constant retract detent position.

  4. NOTE: If starving of any row occurs, determine what fan controls pressure to that row. Increase pressure on that fan in increments of 1 in. of pressure until row unit stays full.

NOTE: If plugging on any of the CCS hoses or splitters occurs, determine what fan controls pressure to that row. Decrease pressure on that fan in increments of 1 in. of pressure until plugging no longer occurs.

Open flow control valves counterclockwise until seed starts flowing to hoppers.

  5. IMPORTANT: DO NOT exceed 24 inches of tank pressure or damage to hydraulic motor and seed tank lids can occur.

NOTE: If lower warnings are received while planting and row meters are empty, increase tank pressure by 2 inches until meters stay full.

When row hoppers are full and machine is not moving, adjust pressure as follows:
