Raise and Lower Automatic Markers

IMPORTANT: DO NOT put SCV lever into “Float” to raise and lower. The correct procedure to raise and lower is to POWER completely UP or DOWN.

NOTE: Automatic markers are only possible if machine is equipped with lift assist wheels.

A - Marker SCV Lever

B - Marker Alternating Valve

Markers automatically raise and lower with machine frame. When marker SCV lever (A) is moved rearward, marker raises. When SCV lever is moved forward, marker lowers. Markers operates alternately each time lever is cycled fully to both raise and lower marker.

Marker alternating valve (B) automatically does the following:

  • Shifts oil flow each time lever is moved from lower to raise position (even when lever is moved only briefly).
  • Both markers can be lowered by lowering one marker; then quickly cycling lever (without raising that marker) so second marker lowers.
