A - Tank Level Sensor

CCS tank level sensors are provided on all CCS planters. On drawn planters equipped with a frame control box, a Low Hopper warning light illuminates when the sensor is exposed.

If machine is not equipped with a frame control box, the tank level sensors are not used. Use the Seed Estimator functions in the SeedStar™ monitor to estimate when the CCS tanks are about to run empty.

IMPORTANT: Clean tank level sensors before filling CCS tanks. Use a “brush” to clean seed level sensor.

NOTE: Tank level sensor is factory installed at the lowest setting. Sensor can be moved higher up on bracket to receive an earlier warning.
