Clean or Replace Compressor Air Filter (8 and 12 Row Machines)

1. IMPORTANT: Filter cleanliness is critical to maintain the performance and service life of the air compressor (A). Clean or replace the air filter element every 200 hours for air compressors or remote air filters mounted in cab; more frequently in extremely dusty conditions.

   B - Wing Nut and Seal Washer

   C - Weather Shield

   D - Filter

   Clean dust from area around the compressor air filter.

2. Remove and retain wing nut and seal washer (B).

3. Remove weather shield (C) and filter element (D).

4. IMPORTANT: Make sure that no dust enters air compressor inlet.

   Wipe dust from filter base.

5. Replace filter and weather shield.

6. Reinstall seal washer, tighten wing nut.
