IMPORTANT: Before performing any of these checks, verify hydraulic
SCVs are set to maximum flow, frame control console has power (backlight
is on), cleanout switch is set to “Plant” position, and
the proper buttons are pushed for the desired function .

Machine unfolds when not selected.
|
If machine is more than half way unfolded (pivot area
frame fold switch is closed), the frame control box in “Plant”,
and machine is lowered, the machine unfolds. This is normal operation.
Frame fold switch malfunction (switch located in pivot area).

console.

In transport position, wing wheels fail to retract.
| One or more solenoids; Y22, Y23, Y24, or Y25 or wing
rephasing valves malfunction. |
Verify Y22, Y23, Y24,
or Y25 are being energized and repair as necessary.
Clean or replace Y22,
Y23, Y24, or Y25 and rephasing valve.
