Install 24 Row Service Locks

CAUTION: Lower machine to ground before working on any hydraulic components or welding.

IMPORTANT: Service locks are not used as transport locks.

    Wing Wheel Service Lock - Storage Position

    A - Service Locks

    Remove service locks (A) from storage positions. Wing wheel locks are stored on top of wing wheel frame. Main frame locks are stored on the CCS ladder frame rails.


  2. IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage. Tab (A) on service lock must be on top side against cylinder.

    Install service locks onto both outer main frame wheel cylinders and outer wing wheel cylinders. Install pin and spring pin to hold in place.

    Drawbar Service Lock Storage Location

    A - Service Lock

    When servicing machines with drawbar hitch, either lower drawbar completely or raise drawbar completely and install service lock (A).
