Serious injury or death can result from contact with electric lines.
Use care when moving or operating this machine near electric lines
to avoid contact.
IMPORTANT: Verify hitch stands are in the raised position. (See
Attach and Detach sections of this manual.)

Press the PLANT—TRANS switch to “Plant”.
24 Row Only:

NOTE: Marker automatically raises when raising designated winglet.
Place WINGLET switch in “L” position to control
left winglet or “R” position to control right winglet.

Activate marker SCV and raise both winglets.
-
IMPORTANT: Avoid damage during folding. If wheel cylinders are
out of phase, lower machine to cycle hydraulics.
Raise machine.

Place tractor transmission in “Neutral”.
-
IMPORTANT: Do not fully raise hitch while folding or structural
damage to machine may result.
Hitch must be level when
wing-wheels are raised.
TWO-POINT HITCH: Raise tractor rockshaft until hitch is level
(approximately half-raised position).
DRAWBAR HITCH: With MARKER—HITCH switch in “Hitch”
position on drawbar hitch control console, activate marker SCV to
raise hitch until level (approximately half-raised position).

Press the PLANT—TRANS switch to “Trans” position.
-
IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage. Adjust hitch height to prevent
contact between latch hooks (A) and hitch tube (B).

Press and hold WING WHEEL—FOLD switch in the “Fold”
position and activate SCV I until machine is folded.

Raise hitch to engage latch hooks. After wings are latched,
fully raise hitch.

Press and hold WING WHEEL—FOLD switch in the “Wing
Wheel” position. Activate SCV to retract wing wheels (main frame
wheel cylinders will extend).

IMPORTANT: If the machine is stored in the folded transport
position, some settling of the hydraulic system may occur. Install
service locks on center two main frame wheels and lower machine onto
service locks.

Remove service locks (A) from storage position. Main frame
locks are stored on the CCS ladder frame rails.

IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage. Flat plate on service lock
must be on top side against cylinder.

A - Service Locks
Install service locks (A) on both outer main frame wheel
cylinders. Install pin and spring pin to hold in place.

IMPORTANT: Do not transport when machine is resting on the service
locks. Raise machine to high lift (off the service locks) position
before transport.
