Symptom	Problem	Solution
Row units on right-hand side of machine not planting.	Half-Width Drive Disconnect is engaged.	Move switch to middle position.

Row units on left-hand side of machine not planting.

Half-Width Drive Disconnect is engaged.

Move switch to middle position.

Closing wheels plugging with crop residue.

Insufficient clearance for residue flow.

Stagger closing wheels. See Stagger Closing Wheels in Operate Machine section.

Closing wheels leave severe imprint in soil.

Too much closing wheel down force.

Decrease closing wheel down force.

Closing wheels not firming soil around seed.

Insufficient closing wheel down force.

Increase closing wheel down force.

Closing wheel running on top of seed furrow.	Improper centering.	Center closing wheels. See Center Closing Wheels in Operate Machine section.
	Closing wheel arm casting or pivot bushings worn.	Replace closing wheel arm pivot bushings and or closing wheel arm.

Monitor does not count seeds.

Dirt or debris has collected on seed sensor.

Clean seed sensor with cleaning brush.
