A - Latch

B - Hook

C - Nut

Meter latch (A) should close firmly into locked position when hook (B) is seated through meter housing tab and notch in brushbelt cartridge. If latch or meter is out of adjustment, proceed as follows;

  1. Release latch and hook.

  2. Loosen nut (C).

  3. Rotate hook one full revolution and face toward meter housing tab. Tighten nut.

  4. Install meter and position hook into meter housing tab and notch in brushbelt cartridge.

  5. Close latch until clip snaps then check for proper adjustment. Repeat as necessary.
