If machine is in the folded transport position and service locks were installed, raise machine off locks.

Remove service locks (A) from both outer main frame wheel cylinders.

Place main frame service locks (A) in the storage position. Locks are stored on the CCS ladder frame rails.

B - Manifold Bell

Remove all plugs (A) from vacuum manifold bells (B)

Before using machine after it has been stored, inspect seed hoppers for cleanliness to be certain seed will flow from hoppers freely.

Thoroughly inspect machine for loose parts and adjust as necessary.

IMPORTANT: Avoid spraying water on the EPG fuse box. Direct spray from high-pressure washers damages electrical components.

Clean any dirt or grease accumulated on moving parts, gears, and chains before operating machine. Cleaning prevents abrasive action which causes excessive wear.

IMPORTANT: Direct spray from high-pressure washers damage electrical components, bearings, hoses, and hoppers. Use caution, when power washing machine.

Adjust machine for planting conditions.
