Transport Tow-Behind Cart with Rear Attached Implement

A - Rear Hitch

Before transporting with an implement attached to the rear of a tow-behind cart:

1. IMPORTANT: Prevent machine damage. Rear attached implement must not exceed 9979 kg (22,000 lb).

   Refer to implement operator's manual for machine weight.

2. Add implement weight to cart-seeding tool weight to ensure that total weight does not exceed safe transport limit of the tractor. (Refer to CALCULATE MINIMUM TRACTOR WEIGHT FOR SAFE TRANSPORT in Prepare Tractor section for calculation formula and examples.)

3. IMPORTANT: For further information, refer to TOW-BEHIND CART REAR HITCH WARNING LIGHT HARNESS ATTACHMENT in Attach and Detach section.

   Connect rear lighting harness to cart electrical system and then implement lighting harness to POWER OUT (7-terminal) plug.

4. When transport is completed, disconnect rear lighting harness from electrical system and reconnect cart warning light leads, returning cart warning lights to operation.
