A - Conveyance Valve Block

B - Wireless Remote

C - Tethered Remote

D - Conveyance Receiver Unit

The wireless remote is functional within a line-of-sight of the receiver up to 30 m (100 ft.). Obstructions reduce the distance the wireless remote operates. Replace the battery at the beginning of each season to maintain optimum performance.

Product conveyance continues, but cannot be adjusted, when the wireless remote is out of range. Bring the wireless remote within the signal range to control conveyance functions.

The Hydraulically Controlled Conveyance System uses valve block to direct hydraulic pressure to cylinders. Valve block (A) is controlled by wireless remote (B) or tethered remote (C).

When a button is pressed on remote (B) or (C), current is sent to the receiver unit (D). The receiver unit sends a signal to a corresponding solenoid on valve block (A). The solenoid opens to allow oil flow for the intended conveyance function.

The Hydraulically Controlled Conveyance System has a system time-out function that shuts down the system, if any of two following conditions are met:

  • The receiver unit (D) does not receive a function signal from either remote after the conveyance system has been idle for 15 minutes. This does not apply if conveyor belt or auger flighting is running.
  • 45 minutes from last received change in function from the wireless remote.
