    A - Swing Arm

    B - Swing Link

Avoid sudden upward movement of lid. Stop fan before tank lid is opened.

Avoid exposure to airborne chemicals. If tank lid is opened while tank is pressurized, dust and fumes are exhausted.

Position conveyance arm lock pin in holes 1 or 2.

  2. CAUTION: If operating in windy conditions or on a slope, be sure to lock the swing arm in nearest position to avoid unwanted movement.

Auger or Conveyor Swing Arm Position Lock has five positions. Set spring loaded pin into nearest hole for desired operation.

    Positions are recommendations only.

Unlock swing arm (A) and swing link (B), so auger or conveyor has full movement. Unlocking the swing link allows the top of auger or conveyor to move with minimal hopper movement. Position auger or conveyor so top is between tank lids and spout goes into the tank at an angle. Positioning between tanks and at an angle allows for more even filling and less movement when switching to next tank.

    A - Handle

    B - Bracket

Release and rotate tank lid. Position top of auger or conveyor so that telescoping spout is between tank lid openings and so spout enters tank at an angle. Position spout between tanks and at an angle to allow for an even fill and to avoid auger or conveyor relocation. Place spout handle (A) in support bracket (B).

  5. IMPORTANT: Before filling, visually inspect inside of each tank for obstructions, such as rocks, twigs, sticks, or straw.

IMPORTANT: Use of clean dry product is recommended for best performance. Do not use seed treated with liquid inoculants.

IMPORTANT: If meter cartridge assembly is removed, verify that half-width disconnect handles are up (meter passages blocked) and that cleanout panels are in place and locked before tanks are filled.

IMPORTANT: Avoid conveyor tube damage. Conveyor only operates in the forward direction.

NOTE: Adjust agitator based on product quality. (See Adjust Agitator Shaft Action in Meter Setup and Operation section.)
