NOTE: Bleeding VRD motors is required to remove air from system
after repairs are made to any hydraulic drive motor or valve.

Start tractor and run at slow idle until hydraulic oil reaches
operating temperature.

A - Half-Width Disconnect Handles
Meters That Are Being Bled: Push
both half-width disconnect handles (A) up to stop product flow.

Access Hydraulic Maintenance by using Quick Select Button J to navigate to Diagnostics and Test screen.

Select a meter check box (A) to run that motor. (Choose one
meter at a time in running procedure.)

Select drop-down (B) and set to calibrate valve (C).

Select Start button (D).

IMPORTANT: A 2 mm hex screw (C) bleeder is located inside the
valve (B).

C - Bleed Fitting, 2 mm Set Screw
Locate valve block (A) for motor being bled.

Locate bleed fitting (C) inside valve (B).

IMPORTANT: Do not remove or over loosen set screw.
Slowly loosen set screw to allow air and oil to bleed from system.

Once air bubbles or foam no longer appear, tighten set screw.

Repeat for each motor as needed.
