Adjust Manual Auger or Conveyor Storage Position


Adjust Upper Cradle

  1. IMPORTANT: Plate (B) must be properly inserted in slot (A) when in storage position or machine damage can occur.

    B - Plate

    C - Cap Screws (4 used)

    Adjust plate (B) until it extends through slot (A) as specified.

  2. Loosen hardware (C) securing plate to conveyance tube.

  3. Slide plate rearward until tab extends though slot as specified. Tighten hardware.


Adjust Lock Position

  1. IMPORTANT: Failure to lock the swing arm during transport can cause equipment damage.

    Adjust auger or conveyor assembly lock:

    1. Locking handle (A) must be rotated downward and locked before moving into storage position or removing from storage position.

    2. Pull down J-handle (B) and swing support arm toward machine.

    3. Position auger or conveyor into cradle (C).

    4. IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage. Insert tab (F) into slot when in storage position.

      Loosen hardware (E), slide plate towards cradle until tab (F) extends through slot approximately 25 mm (1 in.), and tighten hardware.

    5. Loosen adjusting plate (I) and latch plate hardware (J).

    6. Position latch bar (D) in latch plate (G) lower hook.

    7. Adjust latch plate (G) until latch bar contacts hook.

    8. Rotate adjusting plate (I) against latch plate and tighten all hardware.

    9. Slide latch bar into latch pad (H) and lock in position.

    If equipped with auger, pull J-handle (A) and rotate hopper (B) towards machine.
