Troubleshoot Tank Lid Indicator Gauge

Tank lid indicator gauge reads low differential tank pressure.

Tank lid open.

Close tank lid.

 

Air leak in tank or pressurization system.

Contact your John Deere dealer.

 

Pinched or damaged sensor lines.

Repair / Replace sensor lines.

 

Water or obstruction in sensor lines.

Remove obstruction.

 

Damaged / Broken Gauge.

Replace gauge.

 

Incorrect air cart to seeding tool configuration.

Verify air cart to seeding tool configuration.

Tank lid indicator gauge reads high differential tank pressure.

Product build up in sensor line fitting at manifold.

Remove sensor line and clean fitting.

 

Pinched or damaged sensor lines.

Repair / Replace sensor lines.

 

Water or obstruction in sensor lines.

Remove obstruction.

 

Damaged / Broken Gauge.

Replace gauge.

 

Bottom manifold cover not secured properly.

Latch manifold cover into place.

 

Manifold plugs not installed on unused primary lines.

Install foam manifold plugs on all unused primary lines.

Tank lid indicator gauge needle does not center properly when cart fan is disengaged.

Gauge misadjusted.

”Zero” out gauge

 

Water or obstruction in sensor lines.

Remove obstruction.
