1910 Tow Behind Cart and Seeding Tool Compatibility
CAUTION: The following information is for general reference
only. To prevent injury or machine damage, always perform the Calculate
Tow-Behind (TBH) Commodity Cart and Implement Compatibility to determine
acceptable combinations of tools, carts, and implements.
The following guidelines are for all tool, cart, and implement combinations:
- On any slope greater than 10 degree, cart must be equipped with dual wheels.
- Tow behind (TBH) carts are NOT to be used on slopes greater than 15 degree.
- Any tool or implement towed behind a cart must weigh less than 1/2 the weight of the seeding tool.
- Tractor weight must exceed 2/3 of the total weight of seeding tool + half filled cart + any additional trailing implements.
