   Perform METER CLEANOUT PROCEDURE in Service section.

2. Remove cap screws (A) from valve block.

3. Carefully slide the valve block to the left, until actuator pins are separated from the actuators.

4. Carefully slide the valve block to the rear and place on primary tubes.

5. Remove actuator pins (B).

6. Serial Number 750101—755999: Remove cap screws (C), bracket (D) and grommets (F).

7. Serial Number 760101—: Remove cap screws (E) and grommets (F).

8. Use compressed air and a fine bristled brush to clean actuators, valve block, grommets and grommet holes in meter housing.

   IMPORTANT: Avoid corrosion in meter housing. Cover grommet holes in meter housing before cleaning with water.

9. Serial Number 750101—755999: Insert grommets into meter housing. Position bracket over grommets and secure with cap screws.

10. Serial Number 760101—: Install grommets into meter housing and secure with cap screws. Tighten to specification.

11. Insert actuator pins into grommets. Ensure that meter side of pins stay vertical.

12. Slide valve block onto meter housing shelf ensuring that actuator ends are between actuator pins.

13. Slide valve block to the right while inserting actuator pins onto actuator ends. Stop when resistance is felt.

14. Ensure that all actuator pins are lined up with actuators. Repeat steps 13 and 14 until valve block is in position and cap screw holes are aligned.

15. Reinstall cap screws through valve block. Tighten to specification.
