Service ADVISOR Remote

Service ADVISOR Remote (SAR) provides the ability to remotely update vehicle controller software using John Deere™ telematics infrastructure. The SAR operator interface on the CommandCenter™ informs the operator when a new software is available for downloading.

The operator can do the following:

1. Accept or cancel downloading of payload

2. Start control unit software programming

The interface also informs the operator about the programming status and the result.

Proceed as follows to download software:

1. Select Service ADVISOR Remote icon.

2. When Software Updates page displays, the operator can:

   • Download software
   • Install software
   • Cancel software
