Multi-function lever (A) permits two control valves (III and IV) to be operated either individually or at the same time.

The following functions may be performed, e.g. when operating a front loader with the multi-function lever:

SCV III — Selector Position (E) or (D)

• Lever to rear = Raise
• Lever to front = Lower

SCV IV — Selector Position (F) or (D)

• Lever to left = Raise and tip up
• Lever to right = Lower and tip down

CAUTION: When SCVs III and IV are not in use, the multi-function lever must be locked, i.e. in selector position (C). To do this, turn the locking ring anti-clockwise as far as it will go and check that the multi-function lever cannot be moved. If this is not done, the front loader may be inadvertently actuated while the tractor is in motion, which could lead to serious accidents.
