Adjust the Adjustable Front Axle without Front-Wheel Drive

1. IMPORTANT: Do not place jack under engine oil pan.

   A - Jam Nut

   B - Tie Rod

   C - Axle Bolts

   Jack up front end of tractor.

2. On one side, release the locknut (A) and remove tie rod (B) and bolts (C) from the axle.

3. Slide axle knee to desired position.

4. Install axle bolts (C). Tighten to specification.

   Item	Measurement	Specification
   Axle Bolts	Torque	400 N•m (300 lb-ft)

5. NOTE: Both sides are usually adjusted to same setting.

   Repeat steps 2-4 on opposite side of tractor.

6. Adjust tie rod same amount as axle.

7. Install tie rod (B) and tighten lock nut (A) to specified torque.

   Lock Nut	Torque	340 Nm 250 lb-ft

8. Check toe-in and adjust as required.
