Transmission Oil Filter

NOTE: Replace transmission and hydraulic system filter elements after the first 100 hours of operation. Then replace after the first 750 hours of operation, and regularly every 750 hours thereafter.

1. Unscrew filter elements.

2. Coat sealing rings of new filter elements with grease and screw in filter elements.

   Use original John Deere filter elements only!

   IMPORTANT: Always replace both filters at the same time. Never change one only.

3. Run the engine briefly and operate several hydraulic functions. Shut off engine.

4. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes before checking the oil level. It must be between the marks on the sight-glass. If not, correct oil level.
