Change Transmission/Hydraulic Oil and Clean Intake Screen —
PowrQuad™ PLUS or AutoQuad™ PLUS Transmission
Drain transmission/hydraulic oil

A - Drain Screw in Differential Housing (50 N·m;
37 lb-ft)
B - Drain Screw of the Front-Wheel Drive Clutch (50
N·m; 37 lb-ft)

Start the engine and actuate a few hydraulic functions so that
the oil heats up.

Park tractor so that it is level. Lower draft links, front loader,
front implements, and other implements that draw oil from the transmission.

Shut off engine and withdraw ignition key.

Engage park lock.

Take out drain screws (A) and (B) and drain the oil into a suitable
container. For capacities, see Specifications.
After draining the oil, put new seal rings on drain screws (A)
and (B) and tighten them.
Clean intake screen and change transmission/hydraulic
oil

B - 3 Screws (18 N·m; 13 lb-ft)
C - Suction Line
D - Intake Screen
E - O-Ring
F - 2 Screws (37 N·m; 27 lb-ft)
G - Flange
H - O-Ring
I - Intake Screen
Remove screws (B) and suction line (C).

Remove intake screen (D) and O-ring (E).

Remove screws (F) and detach flange (G).

Remove intake screen (I) and O-ring (H).

Clean intake screen with fuel, inspect for damage, and replace
if necessary. Clean intake screen installation location and arrange
intake screens.

Arrange new O-rings and seal and re-attach all parts as shown.
Tighten screws to specified torque.

Fill transmission/hydraulic oil into the transmission housing.

Check the oil level
Run the engine briefly and operate several hydraulic functions.
Stop engine.
Wait for 10 to 15 minutes before checking the oil level. It
should be between the marks on the sight-glass. If not, correct oil
level.
