Temperature Control

The following functions can be set on the page:

(C) — Fan speed

Button (C) is used to set the desired fan speed via the context menu and buttons (+) and (—). After input has been completed, close the context menu.

In Auto mode, fan speed is adjusted automatically to meet the respective requirements.

(D) — Temperature control

Button (D) is used to set the desired temperature via the context menu and buttons (+) and (—). After input has been completed, close the context menu.

(E) — Air flow distribution

The operator can choose between various air flow distribution modes by pressing the various buttons.

(F) — Air-conditioning system

Buttons (F) are used to turn the air-conditioning system on or off.

Turn air-conditioning system on, set the desired temperature and fan speed and set the louvers as desired.

IMPORTANT: To maintain consistently high performance, turn on the air-conditioning system for two or three minutes every month, regardless of weather conditions or season (with engine at low idle). Temperature control should be set for maximum cooling (approx. 16 °C (61 °F).

At ambient temperatures below 4 °C (39 °F), the cab should first be heated (using the heating system) so that the temperature inside the cab is as high as possible.

NOTE: In winter, the air-conditioning system can be operated in conjunction with the heater to remove moisture from the cab.

NOTE: Only operate the air-conditioning system when the fan is on.

(G) — Rear window heater

Buttons (G) are used to switch the rear window heater on or off.

NOTE: The rear window heater can only be operated with the engine running. It is turned off automatically after 10 minutes and each time the engine is shut off (ignition off). When intending to use the rear window heater again, it must be turned on again.
