A - Seat Belts

CAUTION: To minimize the risk of injury if an accident occurs, always wear seat belt (A) when driving tractors.

The passenger seat is intended only for transport of a passenger in on-road operations (i.e. transport from farm to field).

• Hold the latch and pull the seat belt across the body.

• Insert the latch into the belt buckle.

• Listen for a click.

• Tug on the seat belt latch to make sure that the belt is securely fastened.

• Snug the seat belt across the hips.

Inspect seat belts and mounting hardware once a year. See Section 100.
