Maximum engine speed can be limited for PTO operation using potentiometer (A). Move the hand throttle lever to full throttle, then reduce engine speed using potentiometer (A).

In the lowest setting, engine speed is limited to 1050 rpm. Changes to cruise control take effect immediately.

In the highest setting, the engine can run at maximum speed. Individual engine speed limits can be set between these two positions. If no PTO operation is taking place, potentiometer (A) should be in its maximum speed position or in the “Off” position.

NOTE: If Engine Speed Limitation has been enabled, it will still be enabled when the engine is restarted.

When Engine Speed Limitation is enabled, indicator light (B) on the instrument panel lights up.
