Using TOUCHSET™ Depth/Scraper Controls

causym CAUTION: Avoid personal injury or death. Do not attempt to install depth control sensors on implements not intended for this system. See implement operator's manual.

Moving control unit, sensor, connectors, or linkages, when engine is running, may cause unexpected movement. Stay clear of implement when starting engine.

Tractor selective control valves (SCV I and/or SCV III) are used to electronically control raising, lowering and setting of implement depth, without leaving the cab.

Control lever (A) is used to manually control SCV I and activate an automatic SCV I implement or scraper control system.

Control lever (B) is used to manually control SCV III and activate an automatic SCV III scraper control system.

Flow control (C) adjusts flow rate for each SCV to determine speed at which implement or scraper will raise and lower.

Scraper Control System uses time control (D) to adjust detent time for each SCV to determine time allowed for cylinder to extend or retract. A setting of "P" replaces the zero ("0") detent time when SCV is activated by TouchSet Scraper controller. Touch switches (E) and (F) are not used for scraper control.

Depth Control System uses touch switches (E) and (F) to set limits of implement movement controlled by SCV lever.
