Use following guidelines when attaching and using towed scrapers:
Follow manufacturer's instruction in attaching and using scraper. Most manufacturers provide a drawbar to use with their scraper.
If using the tractor drawbar, the scraper manufacturer should provide a dolly with the scraper to minimize the amount of vertical load on the drawbar.

Use shallow cuts, following the manufacturer's recommendations, to load the scraper. Shallow cuts provides the most efficient use of the tractor's power and steering system.
