Checking MFWD Wheel Hub Oil Level

Put the tractor on level ground. Turn wheel hubs until the words OIL LEVEL are horizontal. Remove plug (A). Oil level should be just below plug hole. If low, add oil through same hole. John Deere GL-5 (85W-140) oil is recommended. (See Fuels, Lubricants, and Coolant Section.)
