NOTE:
Flow to the highest pressure demands will be decreased when total flow demand exceeds the available pump flow at the desired engine speed. Reduced cylinder cycle times and/or a reduction in motor speed may result.
Performance and efficiency of the hydraulic system depends upon:
-
Correct connection of implement hydraulic couplings
-
Correct adjustment of auxiliary controls
-
Compatibility of the implement components to a "power-on-demand" load sense system
-
Tractor SCV control settings (flow and detent time)
-
Total remote flow requirements
Tractor/implement operating characteristics are influenced by the following:
|
-
Maximum pump output flow is 168 L/min (44 gpm) at 2100 engine rpm
-
Available flow is dependent on engine rpm
-
Flow priority in the secondary circuit is to the lowest pressure function
-
Maximum pump output pressure is 20 000 kPa (200 bar) (2900 psi) (high pressure)
-
Pump will operate at high pressure if flow restrictions limit the actual flow to an amount less than that commanded by the SCV flow control setting
-
Best efficiency results when operating at the minimum pressure and flow requirements
-
Total pump flow is at the pressure of the highest individual load pressure
