Loosen transfer pump fuel outlet (A). Unlock and operate hand primer (B) until a steady flow of fuel without air bubbles flows out. This could require between 270 - 330 strokes. Retighten fuel line to specification.

Loosen high-pressure fuel supply line (C) and operate hand primer until steady flow of fuel with no air bubbles flows out. Tighten fuel supply line to specification given in step 3.

Repeat step 7 on high-pressure fuel supply line (D). Tighten supply line to specification given in step 3.
6.
Loosen fuel line fitting on fuel rail flow limiter # 6 (E). Place rag around fitting to absorb fuel. Pump hand primer until steady flow of fuel without air bubbles flows out. Tighten fuel line to specification.

Pump hand primer approximately 30 more times. Pull up on primer, then push down to lock it.

Crank engine for up to 15 seconds. If engine does not start, wait 15 seconds, then crank for an additional 15 seconds. If engine starts, run at 1200-1500 rpm for 3-5 minutes.
9.
If engine fails to start, loosen fitting on fuel rail flow limiter #6 and repeat step 9. Tighten fuel lines to same specification and lock hand primer as before.
