Using Transmission Disabled Mode

Disabled mode provides limited transmission function in the event of a transmission or armrest electronic controller failure.

Remove panel below cab rear window to access wiring.

Disconnect wiring harness (A) and (B) from powershift control unit. Disconnect wiring harness (C) and (D).

Plug wiring harness (A) into (D) and (B) into (C). This enables the use of two gears (seventh gear forward and second gear reverse).

Operating the Tractor

Depress clutch pedal and put transmission control in desired direction of travel. 7F and 2R are the only gears operational in the disabled mode. Engaging the clutch is necessary for operation.

NOTE: Engine speed will be at slow idle with hazard lights OFF. With hazard lights ON, throttle control will be normal.

Stopping the Tractor

IMPORTANT: Bring tractor to stop before shifting to NEUTRAL position. Tractor will be in PARK as soon as shift lever is in NEUTRAL or PARK position.

Depress clutch pedal and apply brakes until tractor comes to stop. Shift to NEUTRAL or PARK position.
