Adjusting Toe-In-Adjustable Axle

1. Remove bolts (A) from tie rod tube and loosen clamp (B).

2. Rotate tube to lengthen or shorten tie rod. Adjust toe-in to 3-7 mm (1/8-1/4 in.).

3. Replace bolts (A) and tighten nuts.

Tie Rod Retaining Nuts - Specification

Retaining Nut -Torque 60 N·m (45 lb-ft)

4. Tighten clamps (B).

Tie Rod Clamps - Specification

Clamp -Torque  68 N·m (50 lb-ft)
