Checking Toe-In-MFWD Axle

1. Measure distance between centerline of tires at the hub level in front of axle, using an outside bar of each tire or an inside bar of each tire. Mark the point that is measured.

2. Drive forward until front tires are rotated 180°.

3. Repeat step 1 at rear of tire at same point.

4. Determine the difference between front and rear measurements. The difference may be in either direction (toe-in or toe-out), but should be less than 3 mm (1/8 in.).
