Machine model and product identification number
Date of purchase
Nature of problem

If unable to resolve, see the dealership manager. Explain the problem and request assistance.

If you have a persistent problem your dealership is unable to satisfy, ask your dealer to contact the John Deere territory aftermarket manager.
