Connecting Implements to High Flow Hydraulic SCV's1. The high flow hydraulic system consists of one 45 cc and one 75 cc pump.2. The 45 cc pump provides low pressure with low flow. Most hydraulic motors use 19 to 26.5 Lpm (5 to 7 gpm) per motor and a pressure of 83 to 103.4 bar (1200 to 1500 psi) to operate. The 45 cc pump supplies oil to hydraulic couplers 4 and 5 (A). Use couplers 4 and 5 when operating implements with hydraulic motors such as air seeders, sprayers and vacuum planters. 3. The 75 cc pump provides high pressure and flow needed for implements requiring large volumes of oil such as large single acting cylinders. The 75 cc pump supplies oil to hydraulic couplers 1, 2 and 3 (B). Use couplers 1, 2 and 3 for raise, lower, markers and active down force systems. |
