1.
Remove primary filter (E) and secondary filter (F).
2.
Use fill cap supplied with 2-micron filter to prefill filters with fuel and reinstall.
IMPORTANT:
When loosening or tightening high pressure fuel lines, use a backup wrench to ensure that flow limiters and pressure limiters do not turn on high pressure common rail.
3.
Loosen transfer pump to cooler fitting (A).
NOTE:
May take 200 to 300 pumps on hand primer to completely fill fuel system so engine will start.
4.
Push the hand primer (D) until flow of fuel is free of bubbles.
5.
Continue pushing hand primer while tightening line (A).

CAUTION:
Avoid possible personal injury. SLOWLY loosen fittings (B).
6.
Loosen two fittings (B) and continue operating primer. It may be necessary to lift lines to insure they are loose.
7.
Push the hand primer until flow of fuel is free of bubbles.
8.
Continue pushing hand primer while tightening lines (B).
9.
Loosen fitting (C) and continue operating primer.
10.
Push the hand primer until flow of fuel is free of bubbles.
11.
Continue pushing hand primer while tightening line (C).
